ISTDP.

Much of my work is informed by an approach referred to as Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy or ISTDP. There is a larger body of research supporting the application of ISTDP as a cost-effective approach in the treatment of anxiety, panic,depression, personality disorders (narcissistic, borderline, paranoid), and medically unexplained symptoms.
